Girls’ U11 football team
On Thursday 9th February our U11 girls’ football team took part in a tournament at Southmere Primary School. Mr Pasha (a previous member of staff) kindly organised the event for 4 primary schools.
The games came thick and fast as we played each team twice! We started off with a victory which proved to be our downfall! We drew 3 more matches and lost twice. The eventual winners were Westminster Primary School, who won on goal difference. This was the team we beat in our first match.
Congratulations must go to Westminster but we are very proud of how well our girls played and fought for each other.
We hope to play more games later in the year.
