Reception

Welcome to the Reception Class page.

RM and RB had a fantastic trip to St Leonards Farm Park. We had a wonderful time meeting all the animals at the farm and even got to feed and stroke some of them. Thank you to all the helpers and volunteers that helped make this trip possible.

Reception had a lovely time celebrating the beginning of Christmas with help from all the families who came to join in. It was wonderful to share our nativity songs with everyone and have everyone involved creating some wonderful Christmas crafts. Thank you again to all the loved ones who took the time to come in and make it such a special time in Heaton St Barnabas.

Reception had a fantastic time learning to bake some delicious cakes to sell after school. Thank you to all the parents who came along and brought a cake or three, because of you we’ve have raised money to help fund exciting events for our reception children in the future.

Reception had their first school trip this half term with a walk down to Cartwright hall. We all had a fantastic time and here is just a glimpse of what we got up to while we were there.
