Year 4 Viking Day

On 3^rd November Year 4 took part in a Viking-themed day at school. We all got dressed as Viking warriors and took part in lots of great activities. Olaf the Beardless from Viking School Days came into school and told us all about his life as a storyteller. He showed us some of his most precious possessions and told us all about life as a Viking. We also took part in a battle between the Vikings and the Anglo Saxons. At the end of the day, Olaf told us the saga of Odin around the fire. It was a brilliant day!
